We Demonstrate Leadership Built on Industry Experience
Kialla Homes is owned and operated by Ron Sebire and Dino Rachele, both experienced builders who spent many years working within the company before taking ownership.
Ron joined Kialla Homes in the early 2000s and worked as the company’s Senior Estimator, bringing deep expertise in construction pricing, design practicality and value-focused building solutions.
Dino has over 30 years of experience in the building industry and previously served as Construction Manager, overseeing the delivery of homes and ensuring the company’s reputation for quality construction.
Together they combine technical construction knowledge with hands-on project experience, allowing Kialla Homes to deliver homes that are both beautifully designed and well built.
