Berwick

Whether you are building in an old or new area of Berwick, we can style a home perfectly suited to its surrounds, making us the area’s preferred home builders. Berwick customers tell us that they love the use of space in Kialla Homes. Open, inclusive, living and dining areas find their counterpoint in bedroom retreats tucked away from the noise and bustle of the rest of the house. Many of our designs feature secluded rooms that can be purposed as home offices, bedrooms, or even libraries.

The Whitehaven continues to be one of our most popular designs. Taking its architectural style from the mid-Victorian era, this cosy cottage features the impressive central hallway and picture rails typical of the period, whilst allowing for open-plan entertaining in the living, dining, and kitchen area which is designed to open out through French doors onto the backyard for modern living. The generous 9-foot ceilings give an incredible sense of light and space, even on smaller blocks where a more compact house footprint is required.

Though we specialise in period style homes, we understand that modern living requires a different home layout and features to the beautiful houses of yesteryear. We pride ourselves on our ability to incorporate all modern appliances and fixtures in a sympathetic manner that will not interrupt the elegance of your chosen period style. Many of our homes feature clever custom features, such as air-vent covers and fretwork that you will not find anywhere else.

Of course, if your style is more modern, then you will find a style amongst our range to suit you too. That is why we are the custom home builders Berwick homeowners trust to realise their vision of the perfect home. We can even blend styles requisite to your unique situation.
