Custom Designs To Suit Your Lifestyle
Personalise Your Kialla Home
Here at Kialla Homes, we know that not every family fits into the cookie cutter home, so we say YES more often than any other builders.
We pride ourselves on being custom builders. We can design your home how you like it by altering an existing Kialla plan you have fallen in love with. Got a difficult block? Well no block is too difficult for us & we have built great homes with up to 7m of fall, we also have the perfect floorplan solution for narrow blocks too.
Or you can design your own with our drafting and custom team.
Love the area that you are already in? Then a Knockdown/Rebuild may be what you are after. Since we have been building for 40 years, we have the knowledge and expertise to navigate you through the process of rebuilding on your existing site.
We are capable of residential projects of all sizes. From Dual Occupancy to Multi-Unit developments, we have the experience to get it done. Simply bring in your approved plans and permits and we can organise a quotation for you.
