STEPS IN THE REBUILD PROCESS

Process From Display Home Walk-Through To Start Of Construction

1. Initial Consultation

You walk through the display home and discuss your plans with our sales consultant. Budget, design, inclusions, facade options and your vision for your new home are documented.

a. Preliminary Building Agreement (PBA)

You will be provided with a PBA that states all inclusions, plus a preliminary estimate of price for your new home.

b. Site Investigations, Soil And Survey Tests

Initial tests and full working drawings are started.

2. Preliminary Tender

Your sales consultant will present working drawings and a preliminary quote for your home. You have an opportunity to confirm your design plans, inclusions, colour selections and any final changes to be made. All engineering structures (site specific) are understood and documented.

3. Final Tender

The final tender is provided, and once agreed upon, it’s time to sign your contract.

4. Building Permits and Construction

Kialla Homes will apply for building permits.  Following receipt, construction of your home will begin.
