We couldn’t be happier with the experience building our dream home with Kialla Homes!
From the very beginning, the team were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They took the time to truly understand what we wanted and worked with us to customise the design to suit our needs — especially focusing on maximising our views, which was so important to us.
Our block landscape was challenging with a 1/2 demolished fire damaged house onsite, they saw the vision and advised us on the best forward when we simply felt lost on how to progress.
Throughout the entire build, their communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way and worked closely with us on everything. We made quite a few changes along the journey (okay… plenty 😂), but nothing was ever too much trouble. Every request was handled quickly, professionally and with the knowledge and expertise required, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
The quality of the build speaks for itself — our home is absolutely beautiful and the fit out is second to none. It’s clear that a lot of care and craftsmanship has gone into every detail. We did look at other builders, as you do, but with them we felt like just another number. There was little interest in customisation or working with our vision. With Kialla Homes, it was completely different — they genuinely cared and helped us create the open, spacious home we had always imagined.
From design right through to completion, the entire team were fantastic. A special shoutout to our site supervisor Steve, who did an amazing job keeping everything on track and running smoothly. Mentions also to Dino, Ron, Jackson, Dan.P and the boys, “the Peter’s” (yes, there are a few 😂), Craig, Luca, Cory, Sean — and many more, sorry if we’ve missed you. Every one of you played a part in bringing our home to life, and we’re incredibly grateful.

As a second time experience with building a new home.
We didn’t think it would be so hard to find a company that would build a custom home.
It took a good part of last year going back and forth talking with different ones only to find out in the end that it would cost so much extra changing area to suit our life.
It wasn’t until speaking with a friend that built also her first home.
So in talking with her and asked so many questions she told me she went with Kialla homes.
I knew if she was happy with the outcome of her build (knowing she is very fussy) that I would give Kialla homes a go.
So to make a long story short and having long conversations we came to the conclusion of going with Kialla homes, especially they do custom which majority of other companies don’t do that.
So as they say the outcome has been nothing but an amazing experience from the start but not quite finished our home as yet.
Each time we go and see the progress we are so over the moon with the progress( as you’ll see with the photos.
We would also really love to say that all that we’ve dealt with has been amazing, especially William Guest who has been so patient I must say. I would recommend to give him a call if you’re thinking of building with Kialla Homes.
Also in meeting Ron, Steve and John, all have been so easy to get along with.
Even when it was time to do our color consult, Abbie was amazing and very helpful in helping make our design happen , even in talking with others that are connected with the company have been amazing and very helpful.
I hope who ever is looking for a building a new home give Kialla Homes a call you won’t be disappointed.

We are so thrilled with our new home built by Kialla Homes. This is my second time building with Kialla Homes. From the initial design phase where we went back and fourth with ideas right through to the completed build where we saw our plans come to life, Kialla walked us through this, listened to what we wanted and kept us up to date the entire process. The finishings and attention to detail make us so happy to live and enjoy our new home.

I have been looking for a builder who would build off our house plans, when searching I came across Kialla Homes.
From my initial phone call to Kialla Homes to discuss building our home off our plans which they were very accommodating. From that moment till the final stage it has been an amazing journey.
The team at Kialla were great to deal with, from reception to their assistance, support and advice. When it came to the colour selection they made it easy to choose in making the right decision to be able to build our dream home.
Then during the process at every stage, our building supervisor was fantastic with keeping us up to date with the progress. The advice during the build was great which made the process go smoothly not to mention the attention to detail. Then to see the end result of our dream home come together we were lost for words, it exceeded our expectations.

We would like to pass on our thanks to the whole team at Kialla Homes. From the design stage (Bruce), the office (especially Graeme and Daniella), and, most importantly, our site supervisor Steve. Despite the issues around COVID and impact on people, materials and supply chains; they have all maintained a professional approach and kept the project moving ahead.
We are extremely pleased with our new home; the build; fixtures and fittings; and quality throughout.
