The Hampton is well suited to those who love entertaining. The standard kitchen design contains plenty of storage and ample benchtop space, and is connected to the dining and family areas, bringing everyone together in the one place.
As with all our proposed floorplans, the Hampton can be customised to suit your needs. Add on extra bedrooms, allow for a sloping or a narrow block, add a deck or patio leading off the family dining area. The choice is yours.

Small, enclosed kitchens, poorly executed extensions, and a lack of living space are all common problems with these original buildings, but if you still hanker for that timeless elegance, then why not opt for something that combines the very best of old and new?
The Whitehaven series remains one of our most popular builds. Dripping with mid-Victorian era charm, this clever home is as versatile as it is beautiful.
The façade can be customised in period or modern style to suit the area where you live. The moment you step in through the front door you will be transported to another time and place.
The central hallway is a key design feature which can be finished with beautiful wood panelling, timber floorboards, heritage light fittings and corbelled archways according to your desired aesthetic.
