Our Beaumaris series was originally designed to fit a family home on a narrow 10m x 30m block. We have also accommodated up to 7m of fall in designs that make the best use of sloping locations.

We like to see the opportunities inherent in challenging locations. A steep block can provide the potential for great views and functional split-level living. And a small footprint doesn’t mean a house needs to feel small. With the right layout and plenty of light wells, you can maximize the functionality and enjoyment of any space.
