This is my fifth build and the first one with Kialla what a difference. The house is absolutely stunning and beautiful, better than a display home. My block had a 7M fall and some of the builders I contacted including the once I previously built didn’t want a bar of it. Kialla had built a beautiful house in the same estate and that prompted me to check them out. I got in contact with Melissa Rogers, she had no hesitation in taking on the project. Melissa was fantastic, she put a customs design on the block and worked with us through tender, contract and permits. Kialla has a great team on board, I had the privilege of dealing with many of them. Karen, Graeme, Ron, Melanie, Dani and Dino what a great team. I had no issues at any stage of the build, every aspect of the build from contract to hand over was smooth sailing. Every e-mail answered and action on time, excellent communication. However, this build would have not gone to plan if not for the great man Steve Hughes my site supervisor. Steve did a fantastic job, worked closely with me to make this a success. Last but not least, the trades deployed by Kialla are the once who make the difference. If you have good trades on board and look after them, they give you a good product. The finishes are top notch and that’s simply down to having quality, experience trades. Well done team KIALLA, a big THANK YOU to you all for delivering a beautiful home for me and Andrea.
