Phillip Island Builders
Whether you are building on a vacant lot, or knocking down to start again, it is worth talking to custom home builders when discovering the many options available for your new home.
We are the builders Phillip Island locals turn to when they want something out of the ordinary. Our customisable designs come in a stunning array of contemporary or period styles, and all are made with flexibility in mind so that no two Kialla homes are ever the same.
Though the styles of our homes vary greatly, all feature timeless elegance, modern functionality, and a clever use of light-filled space. Whatever the size or particular challenges of your site, we will endeavour to provide you with a home perfectly tailored to your requirements, your chosen style, and the way you want to live.

Customers tell us that they love the use of space in our homes. We strive to create generous and meaningful spaces for you to enjoy the company of those who mean most to you.
A number of our designs are directly based on customer feedback. Many will be pleased to know that our Bondi series has returned as the Bondi Mk II, with all of the beloved features of the original.
The Manhattan series brings together the very best of our various designs, and is inspired by the input of our customers. The combination of provincial, classic, and Hamptons styling creates a look that is utterly unique, dripping with old-world charm, yet not quite definable as period reproduction.
With nine-foot ceilings and generous open-plan spaces, the Manhattan speaks to the timeless elegance that we strive for in all of our home designs.

Many of our designs feature a central hallway, a practical inclusion which both recalls old-world elegance and allows for clever zoning of your home’s different spaces. This design allows for restful bedrooms and quiet study retreats at one end of the home, while a generous entertaining and dining area fills its own space.
Enjoy the best of open-plan living and entertaining without it encroaching on the sanctuary of your home. With these versatile designs, everyone in the house can enjoy their own space.
