Want a period style façade with a modern interior? You can have it! Our clever designs are built with flexibility in mind so that you can style a home to blend perfectly with the surrounding area, then stand out from the crowd with an interior that is bright, fresh, timeless.

If you have a steep or narrow block, then call the builders Korumburra locals know and trust to create clever solutions for their building problems. Our Beaumaris floorplan was originally designed to fit on a 10m wide block, without compromising on living space. As with all our designs, the floorplan can be customised to your needs, so that you can make the most of the views from upstairs picture windows, plan a kitchen space that leads through to alfresco dining in a sheltered backyard pavilion, and tuck bedrooms away in the quietest part of the house for true rest and relaxation.

Stepping through the front door of one of our Brighton series homes you are met by the generous high ceilings and corbelled archways of a bygone era. The mix of heritage elements in one of these homes is entirely up to you, but should you choose leadlight panels for the front door and polished floorboards for the hallway or opt for a look that is more contemporary, one thing is sure – your new Kialla home will be filled with natural light and dripping with character. From the 300mm deep skirting boards and cornices to double ceramic sinks with French provincial tapware, we have found companies who still craft heritage elements with care and skill so you can choose the old-world style that you find aesthetically pleasing, and never have to compromise on modern functionality and convenience.
