If you have recently purchased a block of land, or are considering a knock-down rebuild then have a look at our portfolio of designs and see which one resonates with your style. From this base plan we can customise the layout and features of your home to create a look you will love.
Our customers come from all walks of life, and we build on everything from steep and narrow suburban blocks, to generous parcels of land. One thing remains consistent through all of these different builds – we make the most of the available and surrounding space. Kialla Homes’ team of builders and designers can plan a compact home with plenty of light and a clever use of space. We also take into account the surrounds and potential views from your new home, with windows and floorplans to enhance the views and outdoor entertaining.

Many of our designs are based on customer feedback. The Bondi Mk II series sees a return of the Bondi design with a clever and versatile layout tailored to suit our customers’ busy lifestyles.
The original inspiration for the Manhattan series also stemmed from customer feedback. With the Manhattan, we have combined our customers’ favourite elements of the classic Kialla homes for a look that is fresh, vibrant and elegant. The stunning Hamptons style kitchen provides the centrepiece of this family retreat. The open plan kitchen, meals, and living area provides an inclusive family space, with a layout perfectly suited to join the adjacent alfresco areas through your option of double doors. Tucked away at the front of the house you will find a separate lounge, and, depending on your chosen floorplan, a separate study. This delineation of space allows for everyone in the house to enjoy the space, with quiet retreats for study or rest, and large family areas where everyone can get together.
