Cranbourne

The Manhattan is a perennial favourite, and no wonder, when designing this home we started with the feedback of our customers, combining their favourite aspects of our other Kialla Homes for a design that utilises the very best of provincial, period, and contemporary designs. Be swept away by the elegance and luxury of stylish cornices and moulding and expansive colonial windows that transform and transport. With a Hamptons style kitchen and butler’s pantry, this is a home perfect for entertaining, describing the breezy elegance of Manhattan living in a home that works for the Victorian coastal climate.

Our Bondi Mk II is an updated version of an old favourite. It is probably one of our most customisable designs, with simple lines and a flexible floorplan allowing you to indulge in coastal chic, provincial, or modernist styling. Inside and out this home is suited to a range of finishes and design styles, meaning you can have your dream home the way you want. Making the best use of available space, the Bondi Mk II is ideal for small or narrow blocks of land but doesn’t feel like a small house inside. The high ceilings, plentiful windows, and abundant storage space make this one clever home for family living or entertaining.

For a period style home Cranbourne locals will love to live with, it is hard to ignore the timeless elegance of the ever-popular Whitehaven design. Our most popular plan to date, the Whitehaven feels like a cosy cottage, whilst actually boasting space to spare. The default floorplan features four bedrooms and two living areas, though you are free to switch it around to meet your own requirements.

Another example of our period style homes, Cranbourne locals have taken with enthusiasm to the classic charm of our Brighton series. The Brighton’s exterior can be customised in a timeless take on classic French provincial style, or softened to better blend with the surrounding homes in the area. Inside, its elegant lines are suited to opulent furnishings. Or you can pare back the decorations to focus on the beautiful bones and quality finishes of this modern version of an original period style. With Kialla Homes, the choice is yours.

Our online virtual tours allow you to gain a dollhouse view of the overall layout and structure, before diving into a walkthrough view that focuses on the custom details and quirks that infuse these newly built homes with their classic charm.
